MX Graphics Kits

How long does it take to get my custom MX kit?

Most custom MX graphics kits ship within 5–7 business days after artwork is approved. Rush production is available — contact us at orders@five18designs.com for rush pricing.

What file format do you need for my logo or custom artwork?

We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) for the sharpest result. High-resolution raster files (PNG or JPEG at 300 DPI or higher) are also accepted. If you only have a low-res image, contact us and we can often redraw it for a small fee.

Can I see a proof before my kit is printed?

Yes. Every custom order includes a digital proof for your approval before we go to print. No kit ships without your sign-off.

What bikes do you make kits for?

We cover all major MX and off-road brands including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Beta, Sherco, Cobra, and more. If you don't see your year/model in our configurator, contact us — we likely have the template.

What vinyl do you use?

All graphics are printed on premium 21 mil cast vinyl with UV-laminate overlay for scratch resistance and fade protection. This is the same spec used by professional race teams.

Do the graphics include trim pieces and fork guards?

A full kit includes number plates, side panels, fork guards, swingarm, airbox, radiator shrouds, and front fender. Partial kits (number plates only, shrouds only, etc.) are also available.

Can I choose my own colors?

Absolutely. Our design team can match any color in the Pantone or hex spectrum. Describe your vision at checkout or attach a reference image.

Vehicle Wraps & Window Tint

How much does a full vehicle wrap cost?

Pricing depends on vehicle size, complexity, and material. A standard car wrap starts around $2,500–$4,000; trucks and SUVs run higher. Contact us for a free quote: (480) 280-3792.

How long does a wrap last?

A professionally installed wrap on a properly prepped vehicle lasts 5–7 years with normal care. We use 3M and Avery Dennison materials with long-term outdoor ratings.

Do I need an appointment for a wrap or tint?

Yes. All vehicle services are by appointment. Call us at (480) 280-3792 or email info@five18designs.com to schedule. We're located in Phoenix, AZ.

Will a wrap damage my paint?

No — when installed and removed correctly, a quality vinyl wrap actually protects your paint from minor scratches and UV fading. Our installers follow industry-standard prep and removal procedures.

Custom Apparel

What's the minimum order quantity for jerseys or tees?

There is no minimum on most apparel items — you can order a single jersey or tee. Bulk pricing is available for team or club orders.

What's the turnaround on apparel?

Most apparel orders ship within 7–10 business days. Team orders with multiple sizes may take a few extra days.

Can I get a jersey that matches my MX kit?

Yes — this is one of our most popular combos. Order your kit and jersey together and our design team will match the colors and graphics so everything looks cohesive on the track.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

What is your return policy?

Custom-printed items are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also email orders@five18designs.com with your order number for a status update.
